well here is a thought, I have a 61 burb, I'm keeping my original seats as well. However, if I were going to change the seating setup. A number of the small Coupes, IE Cavalier and such have the passengers seat on slides. once the seat is broke forward it slides even futher forward to allow rear seat access. I'm not saying to go with the seats as much as I'm saying that the seat tracks may be useful in trying to move the passenger side seat forward for access.... This is only a theory....
