| | | | Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 125 6 heaven | | 6 heaven Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 125 | I am installing the heater & ac system on the inside of my 66 with factory air. I have ordered 2 firewall pads and they aren't cut out properly on the upper passenger side (upper )where the heater/ac box fits. Should I try to make it fit, not use one, or try to make one out of some different material? I guess it is used as insulation as well as a type of gasket between the heater/ac box and the inner firewall. | | |
