Your question is a little confusing. The page you linked to does not show a dimension bottom of frame to ground. It shows bottom of front and bottom of rear axle to ground, and floor of bed to ground.
The height of the frame above the ground varies depending on where under the truck you measure it. I don't have a stock 3100 so I can't answer the question even with a tape measure. But you could make it easier for someone to help you by suggesting some exact points you'd like measured.
Steve, If I had dimension to the bed, I could then subtract the height of the bed from the frame. And I did ask for exact points in 4 of the other forum pages over the past 2 months.
