Someone just gave me a Harrison HD-206-50 heater for my 1952 Chevy 1300.I have been cleaning it up. It looks like it will just bolt right in. It is the fresh air model.
I would like to test this befor installing.My truck is now a 12 volt system . Should I use some kind of resistor?
Also Where did they locate the on / off switch? Did the heater knob have an "H " ? Do most people rig up a turn off valve to shut off the water flow in the summer?
