Basically the frames are the same. There are different brackets used to mount the body on a panel or Suburban than those used to mount a pickup cab and box. The radiator mount and front cab mounts are the same, the differences start with the mount just back of the seat.
I've taken both apart, and one of the things I wanted to accomplish was a good understanding of those differences.
