We have Cummins tool in this area. Harbor freight has stores in some areas. Get a good book. These are ornory the first time you do one. There is a spacer that goes on the cluster gear that they started using on the latter models. You should put this on. Sometimes the snap ring breaks & lets agear slide out of place & makes a lot of noise. This spacer prevents this. Or you can weld the gear to the shaft.
