I just moved a 52 1 ton truck from PA to NY with a U-Haul carrier and they had no issues what so ever. The guy that was there was even a car guy said people do it all the time. Their biggest hang up was the going out of state and returning it, since they would rather it be a drop and carry. I paid about 60.00 for the carrier and that had all 4 wheels off the ground. The 1 Ton barely made it on the carrier and we strapped it well down but it was on there.
