I have also bought NOS oilers and they are also not pinched. This spring, a friend of mine will be installing a 261 that has never been installed in a vehicle. We'll be taking off the valve cover and I'll check the oiler.
Who knows, they might have pinched the rocker-arm oiler at the factory (maybe when testing the engine, after warm-up, to bring the oil pressure up to "factory specs".
