Cut the gasket on the inside with a utility knife along the inside of the pinchweld. The gasket should be replaced regardless.
Then carefully and evenly push the glass out. Helps to have 2 people push.
When having it installed again, don't use a corperate glass shop, their hacks. Us a family owned independent shop.
I can't stress that enough.
