Okay, taking the skin off is not normal practice which is good, I wasn't looking forward to it. I hate drilling out spot welds. The good news is that there is no rust in either of the doors, just bad upper hinge mounts and the bent section. I'll try to post pictures tomorrow after I reassemble the door on the truck.
