Here are some pictures of jacks and handles. There were different sizes of jacks for different sizes of trucks. Also, the appearance/style of the jack might have changed over the years?
The Restoration Pack manual of specifications give closed and extended heights of the jacks.
Most likely the jack and handle were stored in the compartment under the seat. They were almost always lost over the years, most likely when they were removed to change a tire or when they were removed because they made too much noise, rattling under the seat?
