The oil bath breather was a option for trucks used in dusty invironments I.E. gravel roads. the other is a top and bottom cover over a inner and outer screen filled with a steel wool type filter that was soaked in oil. Hope this helps. This info is in the shop manual I belive, look on old online manuals on the net. | | |
