This is for all you guys that ever do this project. I had to figure this one out on my own. The rubber goes on the truck first. the groove for the glass is really sloppy. Just set the glass in the groove at the bottom and have a helper hold the glass in place. Working inside the truck and outside the truck start working the rubber lip over the glass while helper pushes. Once done the glass will pop in place. Then insert the lock bead(I used WD-40 to help this process). Took about an hour but the glass is in. I couldn't find anything in the search on this so I am asuming not many people have done this or they figured it out themselves.
