The registration on the burban was up....oh 30 years ago, any idea how i go about reg'ing it, and are there any penalties for not reg'ing in 30 years...(original owner being my grandparents, whom are both deceased)

Also....any idea where I can get some rims, just so I can get this beast off her tummy, adn roll her back and forth. The ones on it, well after 30 years are rusted in place...bolts and all.

I know i can buy tires from coker, 6.50-16 Nylons. But im having a heck of a time finding 6 lug rims.
ANy suggestions please.
(P.S.....I never really relized how expensive this restoration hobby is....IM GOING BALD!!)
