Well the machine shop finally got my head finished. Just a valve job, new valve guides, magna fluxed, and hot tanked. I took the advice of a guy from work who said this guy was good back in the day. He did good work, but boy he wasn't in any hurry Took about 8 Weeks or so. Anyway, I installed the head tonight, new copper head gasket, got it all lined up, and torqued down, 90 95 lbs the manual said. I need to look up the torge spec on the rocker arm assembly, and then it'll be adjusting the valves. With any luck I will have her purring like a sewing machine in a week or so. Other things I have done and look foward to is the petronix ignition installed in the stock distributor, shiny new spark plugs, and cap rotor wires and pretty new petronix high output coil in chrome. I will post some pics after I get it wired up. I still ned to change the fluids, and maybe first put the radiator back in. ALso new raiator hoses and heater hoses, fuel lines and rubber wiper vacumn lines. I also took apart the intake and exhaust sand blasted and repainted, reassemebled with all new gaskets and carb insualtor.
