So not realizing that my hinges were in fact great shape, I took the approach of cutting the hinge pin between the bracket and hinge...worked great to get the pin out but distroys the pin. Now for the irony, you can't buy replacement pins OF THE SAME SIZE. You can buy oversized but it pains me to redrill and take the chance of screwing up the alignment. Anyone have or know where I can get an original pin for a 54 1st series 3100??
