Ok; now that I've vented. I'm going to give the shop a few days to get back to me on their tune to see what they recommend. The first thing I'm going to do is pull the dual intake and put the stock intake and Rochester back on it. I'll move the timing back a bit and change the oil. If that works, I'll drive it.
