Just for a giggle....put a new ground strap from the box to the frame...I had a '79 chev which burnt up 3 turnsignal switches because 8 steel bolts holding the box to the frame, not 1 was a good ground! every fix I threw at it would "fix" it for a few days...I even put in a new harness with a new ground point on the box but it doesn't help if the box ain't grounded....
