You most likely won't find anything in 6 lug for a Mustang 2 front end. And redrilling the rotors probably won't be doable either, as the hub of the Mustang rotor is rather small to accomodate the truck bolt pattern.
True, but he could upgrade to the larger rotors and redrill them.
I'd just go ahead and swap out the rearend and be done with it.
