#33847 09/04/2002 12:40 AM | Joined: Oct 2001 Posts: 3,458 Extreme Gabster | | Extreme Gabster Joined: Oct 2001 Posts: 3,458 | If you are going to put your old jimmy motor back in then I wouldn't use the 292, since you need to move the motor mounts and maybe the radiator, but it is a good engine (one of the best inlines) and it is a good conversion motor. If it is in running shape I would take it and use it as trade fodder to get the one you want. You could probably find someone to trade your 292 for a good running GMC engine.
