NECESSARY TO APPLY A LITTLE HEAT TO GET IT TO MOVE BUT
IT WILL COME OUT. IF YOU USE HEAT, LET THE ARM COOL
TO ROOM TEMP ON ITS OWN, DON'T STICK IT IN COLD WATER
