You start the bleeding at the wheel cylinder the furthest away from the master cylinder and progress to the next furthest-away wheel cylinder, etc, until you bleed the closest wheel cylinder last. Make sure you keep the master cylinder full of fluid.

If you do not have two people available to bleed the lines, you might want to obtain one of these inexpensive bleeder kits. It is simple to use and it keeps air from going back into the wheel cylinders.
