well what you are showing pics of looks to be the air conditioner condenser coil (i believe thats it)
it looks like they put ac in the truck
does it have it anymore, as the lines do not look to be hooked to anything.
well if the truck doesnt have ac anymore you can either remove it or replace what is missing.
