I think Stockton wheel can make you rims with whatever offset you need. It is expensive, and I am not criticizing them because it take a lot of time, precision machining and somebody that really knows what they are doing. The hubcaps are another issue. Some owners use the white rims with the red stripe and spokes, that are made for trailers. I understand that the back spacing on those will work.
