Even in South Dakota we know how to remove the hood spring assemblies from the truck.
I wanted to know how to get the spring off the assembly. So today while playing around with the removed unit and being an extremely strong and handsome man, I grabbed the spring and with my bare hands removed it from the hinge assembly. OK.......with average strength and moderate coordination they come off with little effort in about 2 seconds. As a matter of fact, it was so easy I put back on and took it off several times.
