hourhand Wrench Fetcher H Joined: Jul 2004 Posts: 78 San Francisco Bay Area	I am starting to paint my 1954 3100 chevy truck. Looking at the center hood strip I should remove it to do a complete job. A couple of the holding ears are gone and if I remove the strip I may loose more. My question, is the strip repairable and are the replacements any good? One of the vendors that list them state that the 54 hood strip is different. Has anyone replaced theirs? Thanks in advance for your imput. Steve Last edited by hourhand; 11/03/2007 8:40 PM.
