Unless you can find the proper piloted reamer in a adjustable size, or exact size, at a flea market or garage sale, you are talking 'mucho' bucks!

The very most cost effective method would be to take the pin and spindle to a automotive machine shop and have them fit the pin to the bushings on a Sunnen hone, or some such machine.

Even if this took an hour, it would be cheaper than buying a reamer and doing it yourself...plus the results from the machine shop would be straight, parallel and fit to the .0005! Good luck.
