Getting down to nitty-gritty final assembly of'38 HC 1/2ton. The passenger side handle locks from the outside. After a trip to the plater and a side trip to a locksmith for re-keying and assembly, I installed the door handle. When it is locked, the handle spins around the shaft. Is this correct? I never checked this before I disassembled the truck (No key was available to the door handle)
