| | | | Joined: Oct 2005 Posts: 275 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Oct 2005 Posts: 275 | When I lined up the doors on my panel I was having a very difficult time. There was no way to do it. My gaps were way out all over the place. After lots of looking and measuring I discovered that the van was bent over to the drivers side on top. Like I'm talking the whole body was crooked. I had to take it to a body shop and put it on a frame straighting machine and have them hook on near the top of the rear door and give it a pull back to the passenger side. After that the doors fit perfactly.
