I'm sure that most all of the tools to make those bed sides have long been destroyed. Nobody's going to invest a huge amount of money into building new stamps for that bedside.
I've got a nice 58 fleetside standing in the backyard. I'm a fiberglass mold maker and have thought about copying those box sides but I don't think it would be worth the investment.
