There is a thread on this subject and I think an instruction under TECH. Part of the instruction involves providing a small amount of clearance to get the old one out. I tried this and I was unsuccessful. I was about to do a total rebuild so it was just an experiement for me. I don't see how the rear of the crankshft can move enough if the pilot bushing is in good shape.
