I have 3.73 gears in the back and a New Process 4 speed overdrive tranny. Makes for absolutely effortless cruising at 70 mph in OD (about 2200 rpms).
I personally have always liked the idea of a 4 speed manual transmission for vintage/streetrod vehicles. This transmission keeps the vintage feel yet lets me ride in the far left lane for hours on end with ease. Even 80 mph is only about 2600 rpms!
