A quart of oil is quite a bit to put in the cylinders. Hopefully most of it has leaked past the rings. Just to be sure, spin the engine over a few times without the plugs in it, so you don't hydro-lock a cylinder.
Have you done anything with the gas tank? It's probably full of rust. If it is, you can run a hose off the fuel pump into a gas can to get the engine running.
Cooling system. I would flush out and fill with water. That way if you end up with a major leak, you don't have antifreeze everywhere.
