The carb will still work without the electronics hooked up.......I think? Otherwise, you shouldn't have any trouble finding a Non-ECM Q-Jet. People will give them away (because they just have to have a "polished" carb, like an Edelbrock or Holley). Try to find a 48-state model, it will have less emissions carp on it.
