Nick, you gotta make em yourself. There's no source that I know of and I've looked extensively. I took some photos of the oil filter lines and setup on 53 4 Me's GMC engine before he put it back in for just this reason. He said that he'd rather have a root canal then do do that bending again, but hey, if your teeth are ok, then bend away!
