Does this method work on the 230s like it does on a SBC? Yes stock motor, hydraulic lifters........
"Loosen until it clatters. Then tighten it back up just until it's quiet. Then tighten down a 1/2 to 3/4 of a turn. Leaving 10 seconds in between 1/4 turns."
