Just wanted to mention that the dash plate also mentions ordnance, so this truck may have carried bomb & such?
Also, the firing order was hooked up as 1-2-3-4-5-6 {obviously not correct}. I found TDC on compression stroke of #1 cylinder first, & static timed it at "0". Then I watched the valves operate to find the rest: 1-5-3-6-2-4. Locking fuel cap without key prevented a fillup, but I ran a "tank" from a mower directly to the fuel filter inlet. SHE FIRED UP IN ABOUT 3 SECONDS WITHOUT EVEN PRIMING 'ER!!!!!
Anyway, this was after a tow home(no brakes whatsoever) after driveline disconnect. Told the driver not to go over 45mph. At work I've built parts for the guy's rig, so he knocked off about 1/4 of the fee (2 hours = 1-1/2) :> Only $120 for a Sunday tow from a mid-size wrecker!
