That's funny, Luke-that cute black-with-flames COE AD truck was EXACTLY the one I was thinking of!
Looks like he's done the late GM fullsize suspension upgrade, etc. Unfortunately, a COE wouldn't fit in my garage, even lowered, but a conventional cab big truck likely would, if sitting on a half ton suspension package. I tell ya, that ol' GMC was in fine shape for an Ontario truck! There were a few others there, too. I'll be going back come spring to browse some more, hopefully by then I'll have a digital camera so I can post pix.
Oh yeah, the young guy we talked to there said the older (owner) of the yard usually "priced anything worth towing out of the yard" at about $800, give or take a bit...food for thought, though I'd still really prefer a pickup, either 1/2 or 3/4 ton to mess around with. And the dreamin' continues...
