Your e-mail from the manifold guy explains why I had such a difficult time finding a decent stock exhaust manifold for my '72 C-10 w/250.
Most were cracked at the outlet (mine was cracked almost in half from the outlet right up through the riser to the intake mounting), the sixth one turned out to be usable.
