Thanks for your help. I have a 60 261 short block and a 55 848 head. I have really appreciated the thread started by Stingray regarding block and head oiling. Thank you Chip for being so persistent with your questions. I also need the rocker arm oiler/connector if you find two.
Thank you Tony and Olblue for your in debth research regarding 235 261 engine oiling and interchangeability. I hope the meat of that thread is preserved for others to come.
Now I'm dealing with the hydralic lifters. I've also found 2 part #'s for the hydralic lifters.
How about it Tony? Olblue? Somebody must have some part #'s for these lifters to determine interchangeability/application. Help please.
