You can count the teeth or you can look where the threaded end of the ring gear bolts come through the ring gear itself (teeth side). Look between the ends of the bolts and you will find the magic numbers you need to positively identify the animal you are working on cool
(all the methods suggested above can work to a point but there is nothing like numbers grin )

There is enough good in the worst of us and enough bad in the best of us that it does not behoove any of us to criticize the rest of us.
