Check and adjust your automatic choke. Like gusc said check to see if it is closing all the way when it is cold. The little spring under the little heat box on the manifold next to the right side of the carb may need a new spring.

There is enough good in the worst of us and enough bad in the best of us that it does not behoove any of us to criticize the rest of us.
