Had my vacuum wiper motor rebuilt by Ficken's (WiperMan.com). They work so well I can adjust the speed from slow to super speed. He replaces all the exterior small parts as well, the spring-loaded-double catch, wiper rod rubbers, and the rubber switch thingy. Excellent job and I certainly thought my 54 year old unit was way past rebuilding.
