Yachtcare Shop Shark Y Joined: Jul 2003 Posts: 252 Cape Coral, FL	Sounds like it might be the front oil seal. Kinda hard to see behind the balancer/damper on the crank end, and the damper will have to come off to replace it. Not sure what year your 235 is, but the part number you can cross reference is "NATIONAL 6936-S" on my '61. HTH
