The one I am running in my 57 with a 235 came from a mid sixties. And was a bolt in, hour job, except for figuing out the mystery box (shifting linage box, what ever it's called). Don't take the shift rods off until you pop the cap on the column shift box and watch how it works with somebody shifting the truck. Rule two don't have the truck running and your wife running the shifter, if she just found out about your girlfriend.
