Water down carb throat? Valves open, let in water, one or two rusty cyl for sure? does it turn? P/steer and AC parts good find. Seems high to me, but I haven't bought a junk engine for some time, maybe that's what they get now adays. I wouldn't go more than $100 myself, depends on how "bad" you wanted it!
I always pay way too much for the stuff I want bad, think they can "read" my face or something. Course, when it's MY stuff,it's "junk" and not worth anything to the next guy!
