The first time I replace mine (1983)I ordered channel from JC Whitney! I have no idea if they are still around. I was young, using the burb as a way to get to the drive in and not very careful about the installation.
I remember using screws, don't know if the originals did or not, but the channel was hard to form tightly to the window frame, the screw heads cracked the edge of the glass and they leaked!
I promise to do better the next time.
