George, the one I saw was a civilian chassis, like in picture 3. The Campbell info., I've gathered came from a 1953 Chevrolet Truck Silver Book. It shows the Highlander as accomodating 6-8 passengers, the Club accomodating 11 passengers, the Surrey, as accomodating 11 passengers, & the Convoyer, as accomodating 14-18 passengers.
