I have the entire tail light assembly, including lens.

Regarding the frame, I think the body mounting pads are in a little different location. But you certainly can modify them to fit. The rear part has an extension for mounting the bumper but you can take that off your existing frame.
If your current frame is not damage other than the fron horns, why not graft a 70-81 Camaro/Firebird clip?
Or as Joe mentioned, mount the body on a later model frame. Just remember to measure twice and cut once
