What is the part number of the Suburban body mount kit that you bought from JC? The pickup bed-blocks are different from the Suburban body blocks.
Also, I do not know if the Suburban blocks are the same for all A-D years.
I will post photos on Thursday. There are thin plates on the frame for mounting the Suburban blocks (special nails were used originally but I used very small diameter stainless wood screws). Two screws per wood block - they clear the block but screw into the metal plates.
Did you keep any of your old blocks?
